100% Virgin Sheep Wool Sourcing
Every production batch begins with high-grade virgin sheep wool selected for natural elasticity, fiber crimp, and micron uniformity. We never blend low-grade synthetic scrap into our industrial wool felts.
Eco-Washing & Multi-Cylinder Carding
Raw fleece is scoured with eco-friendly bio-detergents in continuous hot water vats to remove natural grease and dust. High-speed revolving wire cylinders then align the fibers into a light, uniform webbed fleece layer.
Oscillating Steam Fulling & Hardening
Cross-lapped fleece layers are exposed to pressurized steam and oscillating heavy plates. The heat and friction cause microscopic wool cuticles to interlock permanently, forming a cohesive non-woven sheet without chemical binders.
High-Tonnage Hydraulic Compaction
The continuous felt web enters multi-ton hydraulic presses to achieve calibrated density grades from soft cushioning (0.18 g/cm³) to rock-hard buffing density (0.45 g/cm³). Controlled drying chambers lock the sheet dimensions.
Precision Die-Cutting & Slitting
Automated rotary slitters cut rolls to widths as narrow as 10mm. High-speed eccentric stamping presses with 100+ precision dies punch intricate gaskets, washers, rings, and pads with laser-guided edge accuracy.
Quality Testing & Protective Packaging
Before release, production lots are audited for thickness, density, tensile strength, and oil absorption in our testing lab. Products are vacuum-sealed with moisture barriers and packaged in heavy-duty protective crates.

Our multi-unit Jaipur manufacturing campus is equipped with heavy steam boilers, rotary slitters, CNC gasket cutting tables, and automated packaging lines to handle high-volume manufacturing contracts reliably.
